Warranty period

Ouxera NeckReset Pro is covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

Your warranty certificate number

Your Warranty Certificate Number is your Order Number shown in your order confirmation email (example: #1001).

Warranty eligibility

This warranty is valid only for orders placed on ouxera.com and purchased directly from our official store.

What’s covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and device malfunctions under normal, intended use.

What’s not covered

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water exposure (unless explicitly stated), unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How to file a claim

Email info@ouxera.com with your Order Number, a short description of the issue, and a clear photo or short video showing the problem. If a replacement is needed, include your full shipping address.

Verification

We may request additional verification to confirm the issue and validate eligibility, such as additional photos/videos or basic troubleshooting steps.

Response time

We respond within 2 business days.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement unit (same model or equivalent) or a refund if replacement is not available or appropriate.

Shipping for warranty claims
